Deeply saddened to hear this news. Pete and I did NEBOSH Health & Safety training together some years ago and I remember him well for his powerful intellect and dry sense of humour. He always made time for a chat if you happened to meet him on campus and his vast knowledge and experience will be a great loss to the University. My condolences to his family and friends.
