Over the years I spent many hours chatting with Pete. Why keep going back? Pete combined a cheerful disposition with deep knowledge and skills. His worldview was based on kindness and this manifested itself as a desire to help and to make a difference. Our meandering chats were often productive and Pete enabled me to do my job better. He will be missed and remembered with great affection. Then there were the jokes.......... Rob
